Program Description

The BA in Interdisciplinary Studies challenges students to define themselves, develop their potential and make important contributions to the world beyond academia. The degree is self-designed and brings together an array of courses into a focused curriculum. It offers the maximum flexibility, encompassing courses in our college as well as other FIU schools or colleges. Students will take a capstone course dedicated to aligning student interests and academic history, and to assist in developing clear career plans.

Admission Requirements

1. Students entering FIU as Freshmen or as a Transfer student with less than 60 transfer credits

Admissions criteria are the same as the general FIU criteria for students entering with fewer than 60 approved credits. Click here for the details.
